Signing a petition to get something on the ballot does not always mean the person signing agrees with the person getting the signatures. I will usually sign to get something on the ballot so I can get all the information from all sides and then cast an informed vote. The statements made in the letters published that more than 3,700 people signed to get the NH 2020 issue on the ballot does not mean that that many voters are against NH 2020. Let’s get all the facts, pro and con, and then vote on the issue. The supervisors were wise to postpone the voting until all the studies are done.
