Leave Loma Rica Ranch alone

Grass Valley shouldn’t annex Loma Rica Ranch. Grass Valley’s sewer system is overloaded as it is. Nobody should be allowed to develop Loma Rica Ranch, no matter how very rich or glamorous they might be. Nevada County should “Just Say No” to big money developers who destroy the beauty spots around our towns, siphon revenues away from the area, and saddle us with more traffic, smog, garbage and sewage.
