Latecomer to supervisors’ race begins campaign

Nevada County District 1 supervisor hopeful Josh Ramey has kick-started his campaign with a hotline phone number and the launch of a Web site.

Though a latecomer to the race – in which he faces contenders Olivia Diaz and Nate Beason – the Nevada County native said he has received a positive response from many longtime residents.

“Getting our message out is a huge challenge, but I am excited to see everything coming together,” said Ramey, 29.

He invites voters to learn more about him at http://www.joshramey.com or by calling 273-8716.
