Senior project judges

On behalf of the students and staff at Nevada Union High School, we would like to extend our deepest appreciation and gratitude to the hundreds of community members who gave of their valuable time to judge this year’s Senior Project Oral Presentations.

Your generosity was an overwhelming service to the graduating class of 2002 and represented what makes this community strong, and the young people of this community would be missing out on a valuable educational opportunity. I hope to see you all again next year.

Lutz Center’s friends

All of us at the Lutz Adult Day Care Health Center are grateful for the continued and committed help and support provided to our program, not only in dollars, but in “sweat equity” by the many service organizations in Nevada County. Special Kudos to Soroptimist International of Nevada City, Rotary of Nevada City, Rotary of Grass Valley, Rotary of Penn Valley and the Penn Valley Lions.

Our brain-impaired adult participants, of all ages, and our staff and board of directors, know how special each of you are. Your service to our community is important!
