It feels good to help other human beings

On Sunday, a group of St. John’s friends and parishioners were having lunch when the doorbell rang. Father Godwin opened the door, and there stood a hungry, homeless man. Father turned him over to us and we did the rest. We put together a suitcase of clean clothes. We then sent him to Tokie’s for lunch and gave him some pocket money and sent him on his way with our prayers.

Sure makes one feel good taking care of our brothers and sisters. Thank you to all who helped!
