Is Izzy smiling?

Izzy must be smiling now that Antonson has decided to run as a write-in for District 4 Supe race. She might just win on a split vote.

Why, you ask? It’s clear to anyone who has lived here a few years that Antonson will only take votes away from Sutherland, not from Izzy.

And why are both Izzy and Antonson so desperate to win another term? One might consider that it takes five years of county employment to become vested for retirement and lifetime health care. That alone makes it worth a second term for any supervisor, despite how the voters really feel about them. Who wouldn’t want such generous perks?

It’s time for District 4 residents to elect someone who is not beholden to any environmental group, residents of other districts, or someone who may want free medical care and retirement at our expense.

Both Izzy and Antonson did a good job of being divisive within our district, and deserve to be permanently turned out to pasture.

Elect Robin; she doesn’t have any agenda other than to represent those who live in her district.
