In service – Cronos

Chief Warrant Officer Gregory W. Cronos recently completed flight school at Fort Rucker, Ala., and is a pilot in the U.S. Army. He is based at Barstow-Daggett Airfield at Fort Irwin. He was originally commissioned as a 2Lt. in the U.S. Air Force after graduating college and ROTC in January 2003. He transferred to the U.S. Army for pilot training in September 2005.

Cronos is the son of Wayne and Francine Cronos of Grass Valley, and grandson of Frank and Anna Marie Pecoraro of Penn Valley. He has two sisters, Chandra Pickering and Shelby Cronos, a brother, Jordan Cronos, and a daughter, Annalise.
