In-home workers endorsing Martin

Fourth District Supervisor Elizabeth “Izzy” Martin has been endorsed by the United Domestic Workers of America.

“Because of your support in reforming California’s home-care program – in-home supportive services – we have asked our international union (the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees) to support your campaign efforts,” wrote union President Ken Seaton-Msemaji.

“I am very proud to have earned the support of the people who provide our citizens their in-home services,” Martin said. “Providing these workers with a living wage is the best way to attract and retain top quality in-home health care workers.
