I was working for

I was working for Steve and Kathy Racz when they went through a lawsuit involving Mr. Mark Johnson on the new motel in downtown Grass Valley. I never understood how a project zoned properly and perfect for infrastructure from commercial to residential could be held up legally by anyone. Why did Mr. Johnson sue when the project is such an asset to the community? Why would he be opposed to more revenue for the city, the merchants and the local economy? Do you think he would be the one to protect your property rights? Not from my experience.
