I call it Measure (D)umb. I say this because Measure

I call it Measure (D)umb. I say this because Measure D supporters want us to vote on it before we know what it is. As written, Measure D will cost taxpayers money just to figure out if it is legal or not. It could cost big bucks in developer payouts if it ever reaches implementation. Either way, Nevada County taxpayers will foot the bill. We’ll get to pay developers cash out of our general fund, sacrifice valuable services we depend on, and surrender our government’s ability to safeguard our communities with conscientious planning. Like I said, Measure Dumb – vote no.
