Hospitality House

The community is to be commended for the very noble effort to aid the homeless through the Hospitality House. However, I am deeply concerned about those who are screened out and denied shelter. Are these people any less deserving? In reality, they probably have greater need of these services. It would seem to me that these are the ones that will be walking the streets and considered a threat to the neighborhood.
