Horne has deep roots

Nothing like a political candidate shooting himself in the foot coming out of the chute, which is what Mr. O’Rourke did when he said: “It’s a choice between a concerned politician who is serving the people, as opposed to someone who is a professional politician who raises tons of money but only cares about you every four years.” This is a real, first-rate smear job. Sue Horne, a remarkable supervisor, has deep roots in Nevada County, while O’Rourke barely has mud on his new boots. With an attitude like his, he should graciously apologize and withdraw his name from the ballot.
