Homeless woman poses a question

I came here to visit where, I unfortunately, suffered a brain hemorrhage and became disabled. I am a 40-year-old woman from another state.

With no place to go and not enough money from disability to afford first and last months’ rent plus deposit, I have become homeless.

Why aren’t there any shelters at least here?
