Hire a kid to do odd jobs this summer

Do you need a willing and able assistant to help with odd jobs around the home or office this summer? Sierra Nevada Children’s Services offers its “Summer Jobs for Kids” program from June 10 through mid-August. To post a job suitable for children ages 12-15, call 272-8866. The service is free.

Sierra Nevada Children’s Services has extended hours on Wednesdays through Labor Day. Specialists will be available for assistance and the Family Resource Center will be open with its lending library and a computer with Internet access. The hours are 8 a.m to 7 p.m.
