Hewitt to speak Sunday to Unitarian Universalists

Persons attending the 11 a.m. Sunday service of the Unitarian Universalist Community of the Mountains will hear from Erika Hewitt, who will talk about personal faith and social action in “I My Loving Vigil Keeping.”

Hewitt worked much of the last two years on economic justice/development projects in Transylvania, the Partner Church movement, and teaching about Unitarian history. She currently serves as the intern minister at the Community Church of Chapel Hill, N.C., Unitarian Universalist, and as the UU campus minister at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
