Habitat will dedicate Davis home Oct. 6

Nevada County Habitat for Humanity will dedicate the Sharon Davis home at 3 p.m. Oct. 6.

It is the seventh home Habitat has built in Nevada County. The ceremony will be at the Davis home at 993 Slate Creek Road at the corner of Ridge Road in Grass Valley. All are welcome.

Habitat is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian organization dedicated to eliminating poverty housing worldwide. To date, it has built more than 140,000 homes worldwide.
