Good driver

On Oct. 3 at approximately 9 a.m., I was leaving Charlie’s restaurant in Grass Valley on South Auburn Street. I had just crossed street to get into my car. There was an elderly couple trying to cross the busy street to go to the restaurant. This very large dump truck and trailer was heading south down South Auburn. The man driving the big truck stopped and allowed the couple to cross the street. It was great. This is one small reason why I love Grass Valley. The Hansen Brother truck driver should be highly congratulated.
