Free poppy seeds

Did you know that the state flower for California is the California Poppy? If so, have you seen it lately? It used to be some years ago, any where you drove, you could enjoy them growing along the roads and freeways, etc., and they were wonderful to see with there lovely gold colors. If you would like to see that beautiful sight again, the Native Daughters of the Golden West, Manzanita No. 29, have free seeds. Let’s make our area one of the best to show our state flower. You can place the seeds in ice cubes trays, freeze them and drop them off any where, it works. Or just plant them in your yard, etc.

For your seeds, call Darlene Reinhardt at 273-3746.
