Free class offers ‘coping skills’

“Coping Skills” is the topic of another in the “Memory and Aging” series being offered by the Wellness Center at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital.

The free class will be held Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Outpatient Center Conference Area at the hospital.

Instructor Victoria Johnston will offer a tool box of coping skills that can be used when living with a loved one stricken with Alzheimer’s or other progressive dementia.
