Fire relief a scam? |

Fire relief a scam?

A letter writer says helping neighbors is great, but Nevada City fire relief has gone too far. I wonder how many other people felt the same. I know I did.

But the first thing that went too far was three or more weeks of front-page news about the fire. That became a little over-much even for buildings of historical value. All of the people who are out of work because of this disaster, are they historical? With so many longer out-of-work people in our country who really need our donations. It makes me wonder who started this Nevada City fire relief thing? I hope others will write in with this question; sounds like “big scam” to me, too.
