Few residents of Nevada County debate

Few residents of Nevada County debate the fact that there are many needs and issues in the county that must be addressed, including traffic, air quality, money for public services and affordable housing. Measure D would do nothing to help solve these problems and, in fact, would have a devastating financial effect. In a county with a general fund of only $25 million a year, the estimated cost of litigation and claims related to Measure D is $10 million a year. Be a responsible citizen and vote No on Measure D.
