Mary Jane Fenner Windes of Mercer Island, Wash., and Jeffrey Charles Ingram of Penn Valley were married March 9 on Little Drake’s Beach in Santa Barbara.

The ceremony was officiated by California Superior Court Judge David W. Long.



The bride is the daughter of Darwin Fenner and Mary Jane Fenner, both of New Orleans. She is a graduate of Newcomb College in Louisiana and Tulane School of Law.

The bridegroom is the son of John Ingram and the late Jeanne Ingram and Petria Ingram of Santa Barbara. He is a graduate of Suffolk University and Ventura College of Law.




He owns and operates the Ingram Law Office in Penn Valley. His affiliations include the Penn Valley Fire Protection District, Nevada County Airport Commission and Grass Valley Sportsmen’s Club.

Approximately 40 guests attended the ceremony and a luncheon reception with the bride’s parents as hosts at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara.

Special guests included the bride’s daughter, Dorothy S. Windes; the bride’s son, Darwin F. Windes; and the groom’s sons Jeffrey C. Ingram II and Michael K. Ingram.
