Everybody’s got one

I have an opinion on opinions that I would like to share. Opinions are like … well, opinions. Everybody’s got one, and that’s a good thing. The problem is that some opinions are informed and some are not.

I try not to have a serious opinion about any subject of which I have little or no knowledge. I haven’t seen the latest documentary that won the Cannes film festival’s most prestigious award, so I’ll keep my opinion to myself until I do. I strongly suggest everyone of moderate intelligence do the same. I did see the “other” documentary that won this same award. It was great, but somewhat flawed and fraught with inaccuracies.

I also saw the last film nominated for this award as a documentary (same director as this last one). It was accurate. Time will tell. Keep an open mind.

See there … you can write an article without assailing anyone’s political bent.
