Engagement – Keema-Strong

Brittney Keema of Grass Valley and Grant Strong of Nevada City have announced their engagement.

Brittney is the daughter of Scott and Kerri Mullen of Grass Valley. She is a graduate of California State University, Chico, with a degree in animal science. She is employed as a resource conservationist at the Nevada County Resource Conservation District in Grass Valley. She is also on the board of directors for a local grass-fed beef organization called High Sierra Beef Inc.

Grant is the son of Nellie Strong of Nevada City and Fred Strong of Bermuda Dunes. He is a graduate of the Sierra College Farrier program, and is employed as a farrier in Nevada County as well as surrounding counties. He is an active member of the American Cowboys Team Roping Association and competes throughout the state on a year-round basis.

The wedding is scheduled for June 25.
