Doolittle abandons us

Thanks to the Associated Press (The Union, Jan. 30), we now know what it takes to get Mr. Doolittle to do something. You don’t have to be in his jurisdiction or have helped put him in office. You just have to pay him money. But then, his spokeswoman already told us that.

If a tribe in Massachusetts can get action from a congressman who is not even on the Indian Affairs committee, isn’t it shameful that he would not write a letter to help us get traffic funding even though we are part of his constituency. He is a big doonothing. I hope people remember this at the next election.
