Don’t take Meltdown banter seriously

As a Meltdown participant and an employee at KNCO, I listen daily to the morning show on our sister station, Star 94.1. I do not feel “slighted” by the Meltdown banter in any way. Lighten up, it’s all in fun and not intended to degrade Meltdown folks in any way.

They have been very supportive of my efforts to get in shape. Both Tom and George have participated in weight loss programs themselves and can truly sympathize with how hard it is to get in shape. A little humor can go a long way to making all those aches and pains worth it.

From all the residents of Grass Valley Senior Apartments, thank you to the firefighters, police department air support and everyone who responded to the Bennett Fire. God bless you all. You are all heroes.
