Don’t let us become an aggressor

I was pleased to see President Bush announce that he will not launch an attack against Iraq without congressional approval. Now the voting public has a chance to stop America from becoming an aggressor nation by letting our senators and congresspeople know we do not agree with this risky move.

America has never launched a first strike against another nation. Our allies in the “war against terror” disapprove of this attack. If we proceed, an unknown number of American soldiers will die. And if Saddam has weapons of mass destruction at his command, what better reason to use them?
