Don’t be half-wits

Re: Sept. 17 Other Voices column, “Brainology 101 for liberals,” hypothesizing that liberals are right frontal lobe driven (feels) and conservatives are left frontal lobe driven (knows). Thank god for the nonpartisan voter with the more highly developed integrated brain that apparently has both right and left lobes firing.

Voters are tiring of political extremists who are so enmeshed in their own party lines and attacks on opponents that they are unable to effectively work to move this country forward. When we vote this coming election, let’s not be half-wits. Use your whole brain. Think for yourself. You are truly the free and the brave and possibly the only hope for our country.
