Culinary students: Kudos to the chef!

Our extreme appreciation goes to Robert Perez of Bistro Citronee in Nevada City for all the talent he shared with the pastry chef class of Lyman Gilmore School. Chef Robert and his staff graciously shared a scrumptious four-course meal with these budding chefs as he explained all the ins and outs of the culinary field. Students left with a wealth of knowledge and newly refined palates. What a delightful experience for us all. Thank you Chef Robert and Citronee!
