Court Summary

A former president of the Penn Valley Chamber of Commerce pleaded innocent to charges of grand theft and forgery.

Ron Trunk, 57, pleaded innocent to eight counts including grand theft and forgery at a hearing Monday in Nevada County Superior Court, court records show.

The charges stem from a business deal Trunk made with a Lake Wildwood couple in 1999, and from Trunk’s administration of the Penn Valley Chamber of Commerce from May 2000 to May 2001.
