Corner store

Not to give the burglars of this particular heist credit or local media attention, but recently the Corner Store on Labarr Meadows Road was burglarized, as shown in The Union in the police blotter on June 10.

They stole some cigars along with two lighters. This might not seem like a big loss to some people. However, the article failed to mention how the vandals threw a huge rock through the front glass door in order to get in and how the owners now have to pay for this, as well.

I know the owners of this store, and they are the nicest people you could ever meet. I find it completely disgusting how these losers could do this to them for a few cigars and lighters.

Might I recommend that these “losers” get a life and maybe a job to go along with it, instead of preying on nice people like these!
