Conklin to address constituents’ concerns

Third District Supervisor Bruce Conklin is inviting the public to a town hall meeting Saturday with Gold Hill Drive residents.

Increased patrols, traffic calming and signage are expected to be some of the topics discussed at the meeting, which will include representatives of the Ophir Hill Fire Department, Grass Valley police, Empire Mine State Historic Park, Nevada County Sheriff’s Office and the county Department of Transportation.

The meeting will be from 10 a.m. to noon at the Empire Mine docents building, 10556 E. Empire St., Grass Valley.
