Your recent article on my opposition to the local Catholic Church’s encouragement of illegal immigration quoted Grass Valley Police Chief Foster as saying that I was guilty of a crime in distributing political fliers on public streets in Grass Valley. Chief Foster is evidently unfamiliar with the U.S. Constitution, a document which protects such peaceful political expression in public places.

If Foster were a real cop instead of a bureaucrat he’d be out there arresting the illegal aliens instead of attempting to intimidate honest citizens like myself whose only crime is our peaceful opposition to the illegal alien invasion which is engulfing our country.
