Commercialism over 9/11 is ‘appalling’

As always, the people of our county drew together once again, this time in memory of the lives lost 9/11. There were many inspiring and uplifting events. One event, however, appalled me with its commercial slant. I just don’t understand how a radio station, an assisted living facility and a real estate agent could team up to do a commercial promotion under the guise of a patriotic commemoration. Couldn’t this be done on ANY other day?
