Case dismissed

I’m outraged that SYRCL, a group of neo- fascists, has nothing else to do but hassle the only operating gold mine in Sierra County, the 16-to-1, over a trickle of water coming out of the old mine tunnels that has a (natural) trace of arsenic in it. Has anyone died or got sick from drinking the water from Kanaka Creek? Was there a fish kill?

Try drinking the water in Deer Creek below Lake Wildwood’s sewage treatment plant. Instant diarrhea. Yet they say it’s safe, no problem.

To justify the lucrative grant money (fraud) SYRCL gets, it sends their enviros around to nit-pick honest, hard working miners. I agree with Mr. Miller: “There is a effort afoot to curtail mining, logging and ranching.” These enviro-fascists, SYRCL et al., are nothing more than puppets in lock step under U.N. communist, socialist, fascist mandates to shut down America, violating the Constitution and our Bill of Rights to usher in the New World Order and exalting themselves as if they were God.

Why doesn’t SYRCL get after this shot rock mess that has “armored” over vital salmon spawning habitat below the Englebright? SYRCL and Fish and Game ignore it because it originates from the spoil dumps on PG&E and BLM land in the upper narrows. But, if it originated from my Placer mine, SYRCL and Fish and Game would be all over me like flies on a dung heap.

All these “unpaid” fines that suddenly came up are nothing more than extortion and fraud to drive the 16-to-1 out of business. It’s plain to see no person has been harmed, nor any property damaged. No crime. Case dismissed.
