Bush, Cheney dominating males

Daily newspapers recently quoted President Bush as saying, 3I would rather go to war than raise two teen-age twin daughters.² Was he joking, or giving us a window into his character? Probably both.

It is my impression that he and Dick Cheney are two men who are internally organized to favor 3dominating solutions² to life1s inevitable problems/conflicts. As soon as he took office, they began disorganizing cooperative/relational international organizations/treaties. Cheney scoffed at working 3in relation to the environment² through conservation. And both men began their campaign to build a bigger military industrial complex.

Sept. 11 gave Bush his 3reason² to actualize who he is. There were/are many directions he could have gone. On the surface, his direction doesn1t seem to have cost us much yet. Billions of dollars and billions more to come. Thousands of Afghan deaths which touch most of us very little. But going down the Bush-Cheney path will change everything over time. The unmitigated male domination principle always does.
