Buddhist lama will speak in Grass Valley

Lama Ole Nydahl will lecture on “Transforming Disturbing Emotions: A Practical Application of Buddhist Teachings for Everyday Life” at 8 p.m. Nov. 16 at the L.O.V.E. Building at Condon Park in Grass Valley.

Lama Ole has established over 300 centers worldwide and is one of the few Westerners fully qualified as a lama and meditation teacher in the Tibetan Kama Kagyu Buddhist tradition.
