Workshop to focus

on blended families

A special workshop will be held Sunday at Sierra Nevada Children’s Services on how to promote healthy communication and peace in “blended” families – those with children from previous marriages.

The workshop comes with an e-book, “Conquering Conflict: An Effective Technique for Resolving Blended Family Conflicts” by Emily Bouchard, who will be leading Sunday’s workshop.

Because two out of three second marriages fail, Bouchard has tailored the workshop on issues that get in the way of blended family happiness.

The workshop costs $20 a person or $35 for couples. The location is 256 Buena Vista St., No. 200 (upstairs conference room) Grass Valley.
