Bravo to new MIM concert venue

Having just attended two marvelous Music in the Mountains concerts at the fairgrounds exhibition hall I was pleasantly surprised to see how well this remodeled hall worked for the concerts. The acoustics were excellent, the stage clearly visible and the surroundings very attractive. It is a credit to both MIM and the Fairgrounds management that this arrangement could be worked out. Starting with a dreary metal shed they have created a useful convention center for Nevada County. In addition, when used for regular exhibits, the decorative wall embellishments and improved lighting will enhance these exhibits.
