Boxer in wrong state

Re: Other Voices, Saturday, Jan. 15, regarding guns states. The author did his homework, so kudos to him. He took the time to do research and then explain what he found and where he found it. In addition, the crime rate in the states of Florida and Texas went down dramatically after CCWs were made available to their residents during the Bush governorships. A comment was made once that if one was in line at, say, a bank, one wouldn’t know if the person in front or behind had a gun so neither would the would-be robber – hmmmm.

As an aside, the article on the same day headed “Boxer takes a stand” doesn’t say anything other than to keep stirring the loser pot. I would like to hear what Sen. Boxer is doing to keep Beale AFB open as she said she was going to do … before she was re-elected. By the way, she represents California, not Ohio.
