Better to see houses burn before being built

I have to agree with the environmentalist groups on one thing. It seems like a waste of time to cut lumber, build houses, and take the chance of them burning down. It is much faster to leave the trees standing and not cut them. That way, thousands of houses can burn all at once. The result would only be a doubling of rent, houses prices, and land that they don’t want you to clear anyway. Makes sense to me.

Then, when you’ve caused as much trouble in one area as you can, move on and make trouble somewhere else. I have to agree, they have things worked out about as foolproof as possible. All they have to do is keep recruiting poor, unsuspecting followers to keep the ball rolling. So much for affordable housing. Much better to watch the houses burn before they are built.
