Benefit set for victims of Stevens fire

There will be a benefit today at the Trackside Tavern and Grill in Colfax for the Colfax-area residents who lost their homes in the recent Stevens Fire.

The event begins at 8 p.m., with a raffle throughout the evening for about 50 gift packages donated by local businesses.

All proceeds from the raffle will be turned over to U.S. Bank in Colfax for distribution to the victims.
