Bank fund helps accident victim

Dave Moller

A recovery fund has been established at Placer Sierra Bank for the son of a Nevada City man who was severely injured in a recent accident.

Jesse Ray Browning, 29, of Marysville, remains in the Sutter Roseville Medical Center’s intensive care unit after a head-on crash on Highway 99. Jesse lost his left arm and is in danger of losing his left leg, according to his father, Anthony Browning.

“He’s in and out. One day he’s doing good, one day bad,” Anthony Browning said Wednesday. “His left leg is really bad.”

Donations should be in the form of a check or money order to the Jesse Ray Browning Recovery Fund, Placer Sierra Bank, 757 Sutton Way, Grass Valley 95945.
