Auction benefits Conklin re-election

An auction to raise funds for the re-election campaign of Nevada County Supervisor Bruce Conklin will begin at 6 p.m. Jan. 12 at Miners Foundry, 325 Spring St. in Nevada City.

Complimentary hors d’oeuvres, music, a no-host bar and a live and silent auction are planned. Auction items range from small gifts to travel and recreation packages.

Tickets are $15 at Foggy Mountain Music, BriarPatch Co-op, Harmony Books and Magic Carpet, or by calling 272-8630.
