Annoying phone calls

I received two such phone calls before the March 5 election. One was a recording left on the answering machine, the other was a call at dinner time from the incumbent himself.

My question is this: He’s got my phone number so why isn’t he calling me during his term to get my input on what’s going on in my district? Do these candidates really think that a phone call a week before the election is going to get my vote? Not!
