Annoying election calls

This election season I made up my mind to vote against any candidate who feels the need to call my house and/or leave a five-minute pitch on my answering machine.

Is it just me, or were these calls particularly annoying this election?

This Sunday morning I got an election call at 7 a.m. I don’t know what other people are doing at that hour on a Sunday morning, but I kinda like to sleep in.

It’s bad enough that our roadways, mailboxes and television are overflowing with such endorsements, we shouldn’t have to come home and wade through several “endorsement calls” just to get to our personal messages.

Voting is important to me, and I usually won’t be swayed by an automatic recording telling me how I should vote.

Yep, maybe if more of us decide to vote against these annoying calls they will stop.
