Aid for kittens sought

The Nevada County Animal Shelter on McCourtney Road needs help fostering a few underage kittens or puppies for a very short time.

Pet Adoption League will supply food, bowls, litter and milk- replacer formula (and bottles) for really young cats. The shelter will then take them back and find homes for them.

Donations of food, litter, bowls, litter boxes, or milk replacer formula are also needed.

Contact Ruth Rassmussen at the shelter to find out exactly what is needed at 273-2179 or e-mail her at
