Affordable-housing cat escapes

Kudos and a tip of the hat to Mike Thornton for his allegory regarding “poor town,” and to Willard Schoellerman for giving us the rest of the story! Was not the affordable housing project on Whiting Avenue in Grass Valley rejected for many of the reasons cited by Messrs. Thornton and Schoellerman?

What say you, RQC, Sierra Club, et al? The cat is now out of the bag and in print for all to contemplate. Say it isn’t so!
