Adults can enroll in ROP classes

The 49er Regional Occupational Program is now accepting adult pre-enrollment for career preparation courses beginning in January. There is no tuition, only a registration fee of $50 per semester. (Some classes may require materials fees.)

Training is available in fields such as animal and veterinary care, computers, business operations and management, graphic design, marketing and sales, health careers, construction, nurse assistant, Web page design. Many courses provide on-the-job training in addition to classroom instruction.

Career preparation courses are available to adults as well as high school juniors and seniors. Call 265-8848 for more information. Classes filled on a first-come, first-served basis; early enrollment is encouraged.
