9/11 supplement disgusting

I was disgusted to find The Union’s 36-page supplement on 9/11.

What was proclaimed to be “Honoring, Remembering” was really profiteering and greed (75 percent advertising and 25 percent story). Learning that a mere $2,000 went to a local charity didn’t lighten my spirits.

The Union newspaper and their advertisers chose to take a serious day of condolences and turn it into nothing more than profitable opportunity. All the proceeds from this supplement should have gone to charity, and all the time worked preparing it should have been donated by those who truly cared about remembering the events of 9/11.

I am keeping a list of the advertisers from this supplement so that I can avoid using their services at every opportunity. You should all be ashamed.
